All email or telephone inquiries will be answered promptly. We have no labyrinthine telephone mailbox prompts: only living, breathing humans answer our phones. If you are calling after business hours, please leave a message (Business hours are Monday through Thursday: 11:00am - 7:00pm; Friday and Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm; Sunday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Forbidden Fruit reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time by revising the terms and conditions herein. User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions upon entrance to the site. Forbidden Fruit reserves the right to deny access to this Web site to anyone at anytime. Ordering and Shipping
Shipping Options,Charges and Shipping Times
Our default method of shipping is UPS ground: shipping is calculated
based on item weight. We also offer UPS 3 Day Select. If you would prefer
a shipment via another method please call (1-800-315-2029) or email shipping@forbiddenfruit.com.
If applicable, for a small charge we will ship via the terms and carriers
that you request.
For money orders, we cannot ship your package until the payment has arrived.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
International Shipping
Effective immediately (2/14/2005) we are suspending any orders outside of the U.S.A.. We apologize sincerely as we would like to accommodate our international customers but Texas laws, combined with increasingly tighter post 9/11 US Postal and Customs restrictions, have made the prospect costly, time-consuming and, in the case of some products, potentially illegal. Rush Delivery
UPS Next Day Air or Fed X Overnight shipments may be available for some orders. Please inquire about a specific rush shipment by emailing shipping@forbiddenfruit.com or calling 1-800-315-2029.
Notification
Once you have placed on order with us you will receive a confirmation
via email. The confirmation will include a reference number.
For item back orders or rush delivery, we must have confirmation from you to complete an order. If we do not receive a reply from you within 48 hours of email notification, your order is subject to cancellation. Once we have received your confirmation, consider your order processed and shipped.
Processing Method
To service you better we do not process your order in real time; we only accept your payment when we have the items you want and are ready to ship. Rest assured that all payment information that you give us is secured.
Back Orders
You will be notified via email if any of the items on your order are not in stock. You will have the option to cancel your order, receive partial orders or receive your entire shipment at once when the back ordered item is available. We never charge your credit card until your items are on their way to you.
Cancelled Orders
You may cancel your order if we have not yet shipped it by emailing shipping@forbiddenfruit.com or calling 1-800-315-2029.
Taxes
Texas residents only are subject to a state tax of 8.25%.
Payment Methods
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your account will never be billed until your order has been shipped. We also accept money orders but we cannot ship your items until the money order has arrived.
Privacy Statement
Please let us assure you that we do not collect personal information from you for any other reason than to verify your payment method and shipping needs. We currently do not have a notification list (electronic or postal) but, in the future, we plan to add an elective list. Besides the credit card processing company and our web service provider, no one but us will be able to view your information. We respect you and your right to privacy.

Return Policy
We really want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Our descriptions and pictures should give you a good understanding of each product, but should you have further questions we will be happy to answer them via email (info@forbiddenfruit.com) or telephone (1-800-315-2029.) Due to the personal nature of our products we do not generally accept any returns or exchanges. We are not a huge corporation and cannot afford to throw away good products; and we would never resell the items if they were returned for an exchange. All mechanical items will be hygienically tested with batteries or running electricity before they are sent.
If your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the shipment for another reason, please contact us at 1-800-315-2029 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

It is safe to shop with us; we use a secure server (which means all the information you send us is coded for safety). If your browser does not comply with secure servers, we will gladly take your order over the telephone.
