It's a one and a half hour introductory class where you will be taught all the basics of pole dancing, such as moving elegantly around the pole, sexy dance moves and spinning on the pole. Dance your way to fitness and female empowerment at this women only class that teaches "ordinary" women the "extraordinary" art of pole dancing.
